Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, custom development, integrations, and ITSM processes, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure and customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Build and maintain Service Catalogue items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party tools.
