Job Description: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Kochi (Onsite only)


Experience Requirements

  • Junior Developers: 3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
  • Mid-Level Developers: 5–9 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
  • Senior Developers: 9–12+ years with deep hands-on expertise in ITSM & CMDB
  • Telecom domain experience is a strong plus

  • ServiceNow Development & Administration
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
  • CMDB / Configuration Management
  • TSM (Telecom Service Management) – good to have / mandatory for select roles
