Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration frameworks.
Support platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and maintain system stability.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, performance analytics, and reporting.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects within expected timelines.
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
