<div style="text-align: justify;"> <div style="text-align: justify;">We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to build and optimize solutions across the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll support core ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management, while driving improvements in reporting and overall platform functionality.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Roles & Responsibilities:</b></div> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Design and develop solutions in ServiceNow, including forms, workflows, interfaces, and custom code to support processes.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Gather requirements, test, build, and implement solutions based on customer requirements.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Administration of the ServiceNow platform, including issue and performance mitigation, and health checks.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Troubleshoot existing solutions, including, but not limited to, core components like AD, LDAP, SSO, etc.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in a team of matrixed application developers throughout the SDLC to deliver solutions on-time.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, like requirements, system architecture design, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Provide software coding and customization, including, but not limited to, screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development.</li> </ul> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Required Skills/Experience:</b></div> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">3+ years of ServiceNow development.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">ITIL Experience.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Scripting experience in JavaScript/Glide.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">1 year Rest/SOAP Web services.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Scrum / Agile Experience.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to identify issues/deficiencies, and recommend solutions, with a mindset for continuous improvement.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to work collaboratively with other ServiceNow developers/SCRUM teams.</li> </ul> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Preferred Skills/Experience:</b></div> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Scripting experience in CSS/AngularJS/jQuery/Jelly.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">3+ years Rest/SOAP Web services.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Performance Analytics (Indicators, Breakdowns, Widgets, etc.).</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Power BI.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">ITIL Foundation.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Scrum Master Certified.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">ServiceNow Admin Certification.</li> </ul> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Benefits: </b></div> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Health Insurance, Accident Insurance.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">The salary will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs.</li> </ul> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Additional Responsibilities:</b></div> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.</li> </ul> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br /> <b>About us:</b></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">OP is a technology consulting and solutions company, offering advisory and managed services, innovative platforms, and staffing solutions across a wide range of fields - including AI, cyber security, enterprise architecture, and beyond.
