Job Description: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Kochi (Onsite only)

Experience Requirements
Junior Developers:

3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
Mid-Level Developers:

5–9 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
Senior Developers:

9–12+ years with deep hands-on expertise in ITSM & CMDB
Telecom domain experience is a strong plus

Key Skills Required
ServiceNow Development & Administration
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
CMDB / Configuration Management
TSM (Telecom Service Management)

– good to have / mandatory for select roles
ServiceNow scripting:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
UI Policies
Script Includes
ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP)
Workflow / Flow Designer
Performance Analytics & Reporting (preferred)
ServiceNow best practices & standards
