Overview:
Responsible for: Managing, configuring, and optimising the ServiceNow platform to meet internal business and customer needs. Overseeing system stability, performance, and enhancements while ensuring best practices are followed. They also run platform upgrades, integrations, and automation efforts, working closely with stakeholders to drive business efficiencies and innovation.
Based at: Remote – Occasional travel to Hyderabad as required.
Scope: Internal Domain separate ITSM ServiceNow instance used for internal Bell and Customers plus integration and setup of customer instances and integrations between them.
Working within a team for ServiceNow for Bell and to support our external customers; this role will have responsibility for helping to evolve our processes and support maturity of our ServiceNow system.
