Job Description

Description:

  • ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem management and CMDB Asset Management developers
  • Hands-on experience in integrations and Service Portal development
  • Working knowledge on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow version
  • Experience with workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, script includes
  • Experience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP), Mid Server configuration
  • Experience with portal development, including creation of custom web components in Service Portal (CSS, Angular JS, node.JS, Bootstrap)
  • Experience in working on Agile Kanban methodology
  • Ability to understand product/customer needs and convert into experiences within Agent Workspace, leveraging the full suite of workspace capabilities
