Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications.
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Document configurations and provide user training when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with workflow automation and business rules.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, or HRSD.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
