Job Description
Location: Singapore (open to Singaporeans/PR holders)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
Configure workflows, UI‑pages, and business rules using ServiceNow platform tools
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and provide L2 support
Document configurations and ensure knowledge transfer
Required Experience
2–3 years hands‑on ServiceNow development (London/Paris/Queensland releases preferred)
Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
Experience with integration (REST, SOAP) and reporting tools
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
