Job Description

Location: Singapore (open to Singaporeans/PR holders)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)

  • Configure workflows, UI‑pages, and business rules using ServiceNow platform tools

  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and provide L2 support

  • Document configurations and ensure knowledge transfer

Required Experience

  • 2–3 years hands‑on ServiceNow development (London/Paris/Queensland releases preferred)

  • Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs

  • Experience with integration (REST, SOAP) and reporting tools

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
