SOM JD:

  • ServiceNow development configuration of Customer Service Management and Order Management
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor
  • Process understanding of customer service management and order management
  • Good Experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation development
  • Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development
  • Good experience in web-based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration
  • Good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows
  • Hands on experience on CMDB and Active directory LDAP
