Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that support and enhance enterprise IT service management (ITSM) and business workflows. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, understands best practices, and can work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow using workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes
  • Develop and manage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM , or custom applications
  • Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
