ServiceNow Developer with ITSM and HRSD – Remote in Mexico

Mid‑senior level, full‑time, remote position for candidates based in Mexico and comfortable with English.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
  • Understand and translate customer business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to customer requirements.
  • Provide scope, effort estimates, and recommend development methodologies.
  • Create user stories or work breakdown structures to enable technical delivery.
  • Design and develop ITSM, HRSD and Portal solutions.
  • Track work items and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Handle escalations within the team and with project stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Lead technical reviews and conduct end‑user training sessions.
