● Have the ability to assist requesters in refining business requirement details to ensure the customers will be receiving functionality requested.

● Gain knowledge of our overall ServiceNow implementation to understand and identify cross platform impacts of changes or enhancements being requested.

● Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions including workflows, catalog items, workspaces, and integrations to meet complex business requirements

● Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using javascript and ServiceNow APIs to extend capabilities and enhance user experience
