Requirements
Must have:
- 3+ years ServiceNow experience - Strong communication skills - Professional Services Background (nice to have) - ServiceNow System Admin Certification (nice to have) - ServiceNow Application Developer Certification (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
- Be the in-house ServiceNow SME - Work alongside partners when needed - Handle BAU issues - Oversee the overall management and optimization of the ServiceNow platform - Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and deliver solutions - Ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices - Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations - Monitor platform performance and address any operational issues promptly - Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and configurations - Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams as required - Work closely with external v...
