How you can make a difference

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Development Intern to join our team. The ServiceNow Development Intern will assist our experienced ServiceNow developers in creating and maintaining custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. The intern will gain hands-on experience in developing solutions to meet business needs and will work alongside other developers and stakeholders to design, develop, test and deploy ServiceNow solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the rollout and customization of modules and the building of workflows using ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop, test and deploy ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that they meet business needs and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications
  • Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and contribute to improving development processes
  • Develop Virtual Agent topics and utilize AI for topic recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

    • What you need to be successful

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Experience with JavaScript programming languages
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and development methodologies 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of ITIL methodology a plus

    • Additional Information:

  • This is a paid internship with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
  • The duration of the internship is flexible based on availability and performance
  • The intern will have the opportunity to learn from experienced Service Now developers and gain hands-on experience in developing solutions for real-world business needs.
  • Internship starts from May 13 to August 2nd 2024

    This is a remote intern opportunity. The rate of pay is $20 per hour and is eligible to receive an internet stipend.
