Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Development Lead to lead large-scale ServiceNow programs across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Field Service Management domains. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical ownership, functional governance, Agile delivery management, testing leadership, and stakeholder coordination .

You will be responsible forend-to-end delivery — from requirement shaping and functional design to development oversight, testing leadership, deployment management, and operational transition.
