ServiceNow Engineer, TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Chantilly, VA
Ready to hire a ServiceNow Engineer. Qualified candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance. Military (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines) experience is a big plus!
Responsibilities:
– Respond to alerts and customer reported issues, escalate problems as required, and resolve significant matters by exercising independent judgment within established support practices.
– Deploy approved release packages and break-fix solutions on ServiceNow in accordance with Configuration, Change, and Release Management policies and procedures.
– Develop and interpret detailed installation instructions and supporting documentation to affect system design deployments.
– Provide technical expertise in the areas of system design, installation, configuration, tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
