At Timus Consulting Services , we deliver hands-on, deeply technical GRC platform implementations for global enterprise clients across banking, financial services, energy, and other regulated industries.
This is NOT a management or people-lead role .
We are looking for a core technical ServiceNow GRC Consultant who enjoys working inside the platform —implementation, configuration, customization, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.

As a ServiceNow GRC Technical Consultant , you will work directly on implementation and technical delivery , not team management or program governance.
Your focus will be:
- ServiceNow GRC module implementation
- Platform configuration & customization
- Backend technical work
- Upgrades and remediation
- Cross-training on OpenPages when required
End-to-end implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules, including:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Policy & Compliance Management (PCM)
- Risk Management & Audit Management
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- SecOps (Vulnerability Response, Incident Response)
Hands-on configuration :
- Tables, forms, fields, relationships
- Flow Designer and workflows
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Notifications, approvals, access controls
Backend & technical development :
- Script Includes and advanced scripting
- REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Import Sets, Transform Maps, data migration
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting
ServiceNow upgrades & remediation :
- Platform upgrades and patching
- Customization impact analysis
- Regression testing and fixes
- Customization & extension of out-of-the-box ServiceNow GRC functionality
- Cross-training and delivery support on other GRC platforms (e.g., IBM OpenPages ) as required by projects
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
- Maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts

This is a hands-on technical ServiceNow GRC consultant role .
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC implementations
- Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow GRC modules
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Proven experience in backend scripting and customizations
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and technical remediation
- Willingness to cross-train on IBM OpenPages or other GRC platforms
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for global client work
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
ServiceNow certifications (IRM, SecOps, CSA, CAD) are a plus, but hands-on delivery experience matters more .
