ServiceNow GRC Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow GRC Engineer to design, configure, implement, and optimize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC / IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on risk management, policy & compliance automation, control monitoring, audit workflows, third-party risk, and regulatory reporting while ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

GRC / IRM Solution Implementation

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules , including:
  • Policy and Compliance Management (PCM)
  • Risk Management
  • Audit Management
  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Operational Resilience (if applicable)
• Design and automate risk assessments, control testing, issue tracking, and remediation workflows
