Job Title: ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) / IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Developer to design, develop, and implement GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GRC/IRM modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity Planning.

You will work closely with compliance, risk, security, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational governance and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support governance, risk, and compliance workflows.


• Implement modules such as:

  • Vendor Risk Management

• Customize UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Notifications, Workflows, and Flow Designer flows specific to GRC use cases.


• Integrate GRC processes with third-party systems for data ingestion and real-time reporting.


• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure successful delivery of features.


• Develop dashboards and reports for risk posture, control effectiveness, and compliance status.


• Ensure the platform complies with security and regulatory requirements.


• Provide post-deployment support and enhancements based on user feedback and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including 2 years in GRC/IRM modules.


• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).


• Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows and GRC processes.


• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).


• Experience creating risk assessments, control testing, and issue management workflows.


• Ability to work collaboratively with risk/compliance teams and IT security groups.


• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
