1. 3-12 years of experience managing implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules to address governance, risk, compliance, and security operations needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy risk management, compliance tracking, and security incident response workflows.
3. Configure Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions for unified risk assessment, continuous monitoring, and third-party risk management.
4. Implement Security Operations (SecOps) capabilities, including security incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence integration.
5. Develop and enforce Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
6. Integrate GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules with other ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, CMDB) and third-party tools for seamless operations.
7. Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions.
8. Optimize performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform for risk, compliance, and security workflows.
9. Stay updated on ServiceNow’s latest features and best practices for GRC, IRM, and SecOps to drive continuous improvement.
10. Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement, and risk mitigation to improve organizational resilience and efficiency
