ServiceNow HRSD Architect (Remote)

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the design and implementation of HR Service Delivery solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical experts to architect scalable solutions that enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.)
• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions aligned with best practices.
• Drive integrations with third-party HR systems, payroll, and Microsoft technologies.
• Define and implement data models, workflows, and catalog items for HR services
• Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
