ServiceNow HRSD developer

JD: Technical requirements:
• Experience in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Case mgmt., Lifecycle Event mgmt., Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub spokes for HRSD (Adobe spoke for document mgmt., SAP Success Factor spoke etc..), Employee document Management, Employee Center portal
• Integrations with other HR / recruitment tools like HCM, Workday.
• Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards
• Prepare Design / Architecture, review solution with Product owners, developing PoC's
• Code review / best practices review/
• Mentor junior developers
• Requirement gathering, consulting skills and client communication.
• Experience in leading Client workshops with customers across HR business units
• Experience creating HRSD workshops decks and HRSD workbooks for the client to be able to fill out requirements post workshops
• Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on HR processes and map them to HRSD capabilities and solutions
