Role : Servicenow HRSD Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • 1) Lead end-to-end processes—requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support—especially for modules like HR Case Management, HR Employee Relation, Employee Service Centre, Knowledge Management, Employee Journey Management, and Agent Workspace.
  • 2)Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, dashboards, and reports. Design and develop custom widgets, portals, and integrations (e.g., via REST/SOAP) with systems like SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • 3) Utilize Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Citizen Developer tools to streamline HR processes and reduce manual interventions.
  • 4) Establish governance standards, prioritize enhancement requests, and work alongside product owners and managed service partners for aligned platform evolution.
  • 5) Facilitate system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT. Document test cases and triage issues quickly.
  • 6) Offer front-line support, conduct user training sessions, and create documentation and knowledge articles.
