Job Summary:

The ServiceNow HRSD professional is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HR solutions using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience by streamlining HR processes and integrating them with other business functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Design and configure HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
  • Implement workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle events.
  • Customize the Employee Service Center portal to improve user experience.
  • Integration & Automation:
  • Integrate HRSD with third-party systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and payroll systems.
