Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week – Bangalore office preferred)

Job Description:

Job Role: ServiceNow HRSD – Business Analyst (HR), Principal

Role Overview

This role supports the HR transformation program by improving employee experience, HR case management, and the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The person will gather business requirements, create process documents, work closely with tech teams (ServiceNow, AI, Experience layer), and support solution delivery from design to launch.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in HR process transformation or improvement
• Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Experience Layer
• Knowledge of AI/automation in HR processes
• Good understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle
• Experience with Workday, Confluence, or knowledge management tools
