  • Lead the design and architecture of HRSD ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
  • Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of HRSD Modules such as HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Item, COE Security Configurations, Assignment Rules, country-based notifications etc
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
  • Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
  • Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
