Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable ITSM frameworks, including workflows for incident, problem, change, and request fulfillment.
- Conduct gap analysis, process modeling, and customization using ServiceNow tools like Flow Designer and scripting.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., monitoring tools) to enhance data flow and automation.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, support, and optimization for live environments to minimize downtime.
- Lead client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption and success.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and contribute to platform architecture and reusability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with at least 4 years focused on ITSM modules.
- Proven expertise in ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in high-intensity enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- Additional CIS certifications in related areas (e.g., CSM, ITOM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
