Title: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Agentic AI

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using Now Assist AI Agent Studio, including use case development for repetitive and strategic tasks.
- Configure multi-agent architectures with specialist agents for domain-specific workflows (e.g., ITSM resolution, employee self-service).
- Integrate AI agents with tools, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and ServiceNow modules like ITSM and CMDB.
- Test, deploy, and optimize agents to improve accuracy, latency, and end-to-end automation.
- Conduct workshops on AI agent capabilities and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on POCs to demonstrate value in reducing MTTR and enhancing user experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with exposure to AI or automation features.
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI, agentic systems, and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform basics.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certifications in Now Assist or related AI modules (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM with AI focus).
- Experience with JavaScript, API integrations, and tools like LangChain for agent development.
- Understanding of multi-agent systems and business logic in AI contexts.
- Strong communication skills for explaining AI benefits to non-technical stakeholders
