Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize HAM modules for hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Integrate HAM with CMDB, SAM, and third-party tools for seamless asset tracking and reporting.
- Conduct asset audits, normalization, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
- Design workflows for asset requests, approvals, and depreciation calculations.
- Provide configuration, testing, and user training to support go-live and ongoing maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize HAM processes for scalability and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products, with focus on asset management.
- Basic understanding of IT asset processes and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM).
- Additional certifications in SAM, ITAM, or CMDB.
- Experience with APIs, scripting (e.g., JavaScript), and tools like Flow Designer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
