Title: ServiceNow Integration Developer

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, analyzes, and gives feedback on requirements/functional designs
  • Proposes ServiceNow architectural new options or changes
  • Designs and develops for larger enhancements, projects, and cross system/functional enhancements.
  • Strong Hands-on experience on Integration Hub with different third-party systems.
  • Experience with Scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the Service Now system
  • Experience with service Now client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs

Components worked on:

  • Flow designer
  • Service Portal
  • Integration Hub

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ year experience with ServiceNow Integration with third party tools using Integration Hub.
  • 5+ years of IT experience in ServiceNow ITSM and other modules.
