ServiceNow IRM Developer

Location: Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Hyderabad

Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
• 1–2 years (or 1–2 fullcycle projects) of handson experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• 1–2 years of experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with external systems such as UCF or using ServiceNow Use Case Accelerators for regulatory and compliance content ingestion.
• Strong knowledge of the risk lifecycle, including risk identification, scoring models (inherent/residual), controls, indicators, assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server–based integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules
