Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Lead with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in implementing and managing ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB modules to improve operational visibility and service reliability.

The role involves leading end-to-end ITOM implementations, defining architecture, and ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business objectives. The candidate should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, databases, middleware, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies. Strong experience in CMDB governance, data modeling, normalization, reconciliation, and health dashboards is essential.
