ServiceNow ITAM HAM/SAM Pro Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer / Process Analyst to join our team. This is a senior analyst role focused on leading and optimizing CMDB and Asset Management (Hardware and Software) processes within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB integrations, and will act as a process lead to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
