About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer / Process Analyst to join our team. This is a senior analyst role focused on leading and optimizing CMDB and Asset Management (Hardware and Software) processes within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB integrations, and will act as a process lead to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow CMDB, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro modules.
Lead process design, optimization, and lifecycle management for IT Asset Management (Hardware and Software) practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure CMDB and Asset Management processes support organizational and business objectives.
