  • Provide Strategic Portfolio ManagementSPM ITBM technical knowledge and expertise to Cask SPM delivery teamcustomers and stakeholders
  • Participate in business process definitionre engineering improvement and gap analysis of current to be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders supporting the Cask SPM Business Consultants
  • Design configure testdocument and deploy platform solutions to the environment
  • Provide technical insight into the solutioning for the best customer experience and value proposition
  • Primary liaison with customers for operational concerns including system health and planning for patches upgrades
