We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & ITSM Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across IT Operations Management and IT Service Management.
Responsibilities:
Lead the overall architecture for ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules, ensuring a unified and scalable platform.
Design high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Establish platform governance, standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
Define CMDB models, relationships, data governance, and reconciliation strategies.
