We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our IT team and help design, implement, and optimize scalable ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB , and enjoys driving automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
• Ensure CMDB accuracy aligned with CSDM best practices .
• Build integrations with third-party tools (AWS, Azure, monitoring tools) using REST/SOAP APIs and Service Graph Connectors.
• Configure event rules, alert management, and automation workflows.
