Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer/Lead with strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ITOM Visibility (Discovery, Service Mapping, Federation), CMDB, and CSDM, along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Service Now solutions across multiple modules.
- Implement and manage ITOM Visibility: Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB Federation.
- Ensure CSDM alignment and maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity.
- Build secure integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SSO, and SAML.
- Develop Catalog Items, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Portal components.
