Key Responsibilities:
Design & Implementation:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Service Now modules such as ITAM, (HAM/SAM), TSOM
Customize and configure patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules.
Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Service Now ITOM for enhanced visibility and automation

Client Engagement & Solutioning:
Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define ITOM architecture.
Translate business needs into scalable Service Now solutions.
Deliver Proof of Concept (Po C) and Proof of Value (Po V) engagements.
Development & Integration:
Perform hands-on development and configuration.
Ensure seamless integration with other Service Now modules and third-party tools.
Maintain deep knowledge of Service Now capabilities and constraints
