5+ years of overall industry experience At least 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM domain
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration
Deep understanding of CMDB design data integrity and dependency mapping
Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ITOM related certifications
