ServiceNow ITOM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with strong expertise in ITOM modules, CMDB design, and orchestration workflows. The ideal candidate will manage ITOM implementations, ensure data integrity, and optimize IT operations through ServiceNow best practices and automation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
• Ensure CMDB design integrity, accurate dependency mapping, and high-quality data management
• Implement ITOM best practices aligned with ITIL frameworks
• Support ITOM integrations with monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and Splunk
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and orchestration workflows to improve IT operations efficiency
