Required:

  • 6 - 10 years of experience implementing the workflows and API’s on event management platforms
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
  • Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
  • Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms .
  • Experience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
  • Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow.
