ServiceNow ITOM Senior Technical Consultant

We are looking for a Sydney-based talent with strong ServiceNow ITOM expertise to join xAmplify’s ServiceNow Capability and work with a diverse team on interesting projects. You’ll represent xAmplify to clients during requirements gathering and design phases, and help structure the delivery of the solution with a focus on ITOM. There will be ServiceNow configuration, testing, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution design work, test planning, deployment and hyper care activities.

As our specialist ITOM Senior Technical Consultant, you’ll work across different parts of the software development life cycle to drive the best possible outcome for our customers.
