Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement ITOM modules in ServiceNow including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence

  • Conduct requirement analysis and work with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needs

  • Develop and maintain CMDB health by ensuring proper CI class relationships and data integrity

  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications/tools as needed for ITOM use cases

  • Configure MID servers, probes, sensors, patterns, and credentials

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ITOM implementations and CMDB integrations

  • Provide operational support and continuous improvement for ITOM features and functionality

  • Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and end-user guides
    • Job Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including core modules

  • Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in ITOM implementation and support

  • CIS-ITOM certification is mandatory

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping

  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and configuration item lifecycle

  • Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure discovery

  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) within the ServiceNow environment

  • Familiarity with Event Management tools and integrations

    • Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
    Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology / Bachelor in Computer Applications / Bachelor of Science / Master of Computer Applications

    Nice-To-Have-Skills:
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or ITAM

  • Knowledge of networking concepts, data centers, and virtualization

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
