Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Lead with strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ITOM Visibility (Discovery, Service Mapping, Federation), CMDB, and CSDM, along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Implement and manage ITOM Visibility: Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB Federation.
• Ensure CSDM alignment and maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity.
• Build secure integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SSO, and SAML.
• Develop Catalog Items, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Portal components.
• Support ITSM/ITAM modules and platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including advanced development.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM Visibility, CMDB, and CSDM frameworks.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Experience with integrations, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
