Job Description: As the ITSM Process Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring effective execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. This role supports consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to organizational standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and effective at collaborating across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Play an active role in day-to-day ITSM process activities to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery, e.g., monitor dashboards.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements for each process area as needed, e.g., new service catalog items, workflow enhancements, etc.
