ServiceNow - ITSM CSM

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer & Support analyst to join our AMS team to support multiple modules of ServiceNow – ITSM, CSM, SPM, TNI and CMDB. You will work closely within the customer team to maintain their platform and to understand business needs and implement small changes on the platform.

Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing the service delivery and improving overall productivity of the operations. Ultimately, you will use your ServiceNow knowledge to ensure that the project requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
