Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • must have 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
  • Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
  • Service now implementation experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management) well versed with ServiceNow scripting
  • Worked on Virtual Agent.
  • Experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, DB connector, plugins etc.)
  • Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
  • Experience in data upload and configuration in CMDB and other ITSM modules.
  • Hands-on experience on Service Portal.
  • Hands-on experience in AI, ML, Chatbot, Mobile App.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow customization & custom development of forms, fields, and workflow.
  • SNOW administration experience with Good troubleshooting skills.
