Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules such as:Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Develop custom applications and solutions within ServiceNow using:ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using:REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, Web Services, and scripted APIs.
  • Implement automation and orchestration for IT processes through Flow Designer and scripting.
  • Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and scheduled jobs .
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
  • Work closely with architects, admins, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
